New eBroker Experience Launched April 10

We're excited to announce that your new eBroker experience launched April 10!

Access the new eBroker tool by signing in at optimahealth.com/brokers and clicking on the left-hand navigator. Please note:

  1. Beginning April 10, all new business quotes will be created and accessed by selecting Employer New Business.
  2. All quotes (existing new business and renewals) created before April 10 will need to be accessed and completed in the previous tool by selecting Employer Renewals.

As a reminder, we are committed to ensuring you feel prepared and supported to work within the new eBroker platform. To serve you, we continue to follow the plan below:
