PRSS - New Claims Platform

Optima Health launched its new claims platform on May 1, 2023, for Medicare claims only at this time. As part of this change, providers will have all EFT/ERA issued through PaySpan^®.

As part of this change, providers will have all EFT/ERA issued through PaySpan^®. Providers are required to register with PaySpan if they do not have an active account. Providers with active accounts that attempt to register again will receive the message "There is no registration code available." If this occurs, the provider must contact PaySpan directly at providersupport@payspan.com.
