The Optima Health Community Care service area covers the state of Virginia. Only people who live in our service area can enroll with Optima Health Community Care. If you move outside of our service area, you will have to choose a new plan. You can call the CCC Plus Helpline if you have any questions about your Optima Health Community Care enrollment.
